As a valued customer, we want you to know that we are doing everything we can to keep our guests and our team safe and healthy.

FACE MASKS NOW MANDATORY

Governor Mike DeWine announced that face masks are mandatory in all Ohio counties in inside establishments in effect as of 7/23/2020.

 

Listed below are the exceptions:

  • Those with respiratory conditions that restrict breathing, mental health conditions or disability that suggests a mask should not be worn. 

  • Those under the age of 10

  • Those who are communicating with someone with a hearing impairment, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communication

  • Those who are alone in an enclosed space, such as an office, which is not intended for use or access by the public

  • Those actively involved in exercise at a gym if 6 feet of separation exists

  • Those participating in athletic practice, scrimmage or competition that is permitted under a different Ohio Department of Health order

  • Those who work in public safety, including law enforcement, firefighters or paramedics

  • When face coverings are in violation of documents industry standards

  • When face coverings are a violation of a business’ document safety policies

  • Those actively participating in broadcast communications

  • Those who officiate religious services

Violation of the order is a misdemeanor, according to Governor Mike DeWine.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

  • Please promptly arrive to your scheduled appointment(s).  In the event that you believe you may be late, please call the salon to inform us. We will do our best to try to accommodate you, but we may require you to reschedule your appointment for a later date.  

  • Governor Mike DeWine has announced that face masks are mandatory in all inside establishments. We ask that you use disposable masks that are ear looped only please (no masks that go around your head, please). Please expect for the ear elastic to get wet and stained by color. 

  • Appointments are required. At this time we will NOT be accepting walk-in guests without an appointment. 

  • Upon arriving to your appointment, please call the salon at 440-853-0095 to notify our front desk staff. Please wait in your car until you're given clearance to enter the salon.  

  • Come alone, do not bring friends or children, with the exception of a parent, legal guardian, or care taker. 

  • Please abide by the 6 foot distancing stickers and signs. 

  • If you have or had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, you must reschedule your appointment for a later date. 

  • You are encouraged to keep all jackets and/or removable items in your car. 

  • Please keep all personal items in your lap with you throughout the duration of your service. 

WHAT WE ARE DOING

  • We will be scheduling an additional 15 minutes between each guest to allow ourselves proper time to clean and disinfect.

  • We will be adding barriers between clients/employees when a 6 foot distance is not possible. (With the exception of services that require a staff member to have contact with you).

  • We have implemented temperature checks for all employees before beginning their work day. 

  • We will be supplying our staff with the proper PPE that is necessary for safety. 

  • Our waiting area will be closed and reserved for guests that require a parent, legal guardian, or care taker. This area will be disinfected after each use. 

  • Magazines will not be supplied until further notice. 

  • There will be NO self service refreshments. 

  • As always capes, towels, and all spa bedding will continue to be laundered and disinfected between each guest.

  • Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the salon at all high traffic areas. 

  • Please be advised that for the safety of others and our staff, we are temporarily suspending our return policy.  Returns of products purchased will not be accepted or refunded. 

WHAT OUR TEAM IS DOING

  • Employees will be required to thoroughly wash and sanitize hands between each guest.

  • We will be wearing protective face coverings throughout your service.

  • We will be adhering to sanitation protocols and social distancing standards.

  • We will be disinfecting all work areas before and after each guest.   

  • We will be disinfecting all frequently used touching points in the salon at an even greater volume than normal. (Door handles, credit card processor, front desk, restrooms, etc)

  • Before each massage service, our massage therapist will be changing into a freshly disinfected apron, lab coat, or smock to ensure your safety, as well as washing hands/arms up to the elbow.
