Who are we?
The Beauty & The Beard Salon and Spa is a full service salon and spa. We offer services for hair, nails, waxing, skin, and massage. At The Beauty & The Beard, we believe in working as a team, helping and encouraging one another to succeed in their career and calling. We try our very best to set a unique atmosphere to make every guest and employee feel like they’re apart of our family.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking to expand the departments listed below:
• Hair Stylists
• Massage Therapist

What are the qualifications?
Hair Stylist Applicants:
• Must hold a valid and up to date Cosmetology License through the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology.
• Passionate, driven, and motivated to further their career at The Beauty & The Beard.
• Preferably has experience with both men and women’s hair.
• Eager to learn and grow from education classes, courses, hair shows, etc.
• Experience with Davines products and hair color is welcomed but not mandatory.

Massage Therapist Applicants:
• Must hold a valid and up to date license through the Ohio State Medical Board, for Massage Therapy.
• Passionate, driven, and motivated to further their career at The Beauty & The Beard.
• Eager to learn and grow from education classes & courses.
